Q: What is your service hour?

A: Our office hour is Beijing time 09:00 am to 09:00pm UTC+8.00. We will reply all inquiry within 12 hours.

Q: What is your MOQ? Do you accept small orders?

A: We don’t set minimum. We accept orders below 10 pieces, we can make even 2 pieces.

Q: Do you have more product styles beside display on website?

A: We have new styles from time to time. please feel free to contact us to get our most update catalogue.

Q: Can you make my own design?
A: We provide OEM service and can make your own design.

Q: Can I put my brand logo and tags on the products?

A: You can put your brand logo on your design or our products but you have to provide labels to us. We can also develop the labels and tags for you in your own cost.

Q: How to place an order?

Q: Can I ask for sample before placing orders?

A: Yes, we can make sample for your approval but you need to pay sample charge and courier fee.

Q: How long can I get a sample?

A: If you send us the pattern or it is factory’s pattern, we can send sample in 7-10 days. If it it s a new design and need to sub-source fabric, usually it takes 14-21 days.

Q: What is the order lead time?

A: Order lead time will depend on the style and quantity. In general, we can finish goods in 30 – 40 days upon receipt fabric and sample approval.

Q: What's the shipping method?

A: For small order, we suggest to use courier: Fedex, DHL, UPS and SF Express. For more quantity, you can assign your own forwarder to handle shipment. Or we can offer DDP shipment, provide door to door service.

Q: What's the payment method?

A: Payment by TT wire transfer

      For sample order, 100% payment in advance.

      For production, 50% deposit 50% payment before shipment.

Q: Are the products in stock?

A: We have stock in some products. Please send inquiry to check the availability.  If products are ran out of stock, we can make them for you.

Q : How do you manage quality control?

A: We have professional QC team to maintain tight control over production from raw materials to finished products.  Each procedure is monitored by our specialists to ensure consistency and good quality.  All final products will be 100% inspected by our QC before shipment. You can also send 3rd party inspector or your own QC for inspection in your cost.

Q: What is your strength in products?

A: We are expertise in all fashion products including evening dress, day dress, tops, trousers, formal blazer, jacket and outerwear. We can make the combination of woven and knit to complete one collection.
