Our Company was founded in 1990, specialized in ladies’ fashion wear. We have two factories; one is located in Shenzhen (Shenzhen Ever-Sunrise Co., Ltd.) and one is in Nantong (Yongxusheng Garment Co., Ltd.). Both factories are compliance. Two factories have over 300 employees with monthly capacity 50,000 pieces.

We accumulated 35 years of experience in manufacturing and development. We provided OEM service to our oversea buyers. Product is made according to requirement and specification. You can send customized design, material, specification and color to follow. We develop product from sketch to pattern, source specific fabric and trims to make sample till approved for production. Since we developed product from the beginning, we understand product feature and aware of any potential issue. We assure production quality will be as good as sample. Therefore, all of our production is extremely well received by our business partners. We can design, sampling and produce under one roof, make it more cost effective and provide limitless options to choose from.

We have fabric library with wide range of selection - woven, knit, lace, faux leather, embroidered and embellished fabric. We source fabric base on designer’s inspiration or sub-source base on original cutting. Our development team is close to the fabric and trims market, fast to collect popular trendy materials. We have a large data base with patterns and samples for reference and inspiration. Our pattern makers are very experienced to create pattern from a sketch or photo.

 

We worked for Japanese market over 20 years, US and Europe customers over 15 years. We have global vision to cope with rapid market change. We can deal with all products including evening dresses, day dresses, tops, trousers, jumpsuits, formal blazers, jackets and coats. Factory has machines for woven and knit, good in making woven and knit combo. We are specialist in pleating styles, very experienced in placement cut for engineer print, plaid matching, lace and embroidery panels. We can execute delicate details and achieve high demand of quality.

 

Our production line is equipped with computerized sewing machines, sleeve setting machines, automatic welt pocket opening machines and computerized template sewing machines. We use PAD Pattern and Marker Design software, Italy PGM Automatic Cutting system to monitor production process seamlessly. Our shipment is 100% on time with A-grade and consistent quality.
